Peanut paste / Peanut butter

Peanut paste or peanut butter or peanut butter is a spread made from peanuts. It is widely consumed in North America, the Netherlands and used extensively in African culinary culture. Example: In Mali, "Tiga dèguè na" means "peanut paste sauce". In some countries such as Senegal, the word also refers to the dish itself, a meat or fish dish cooked in a peanut butter sauce and served with Creole rice.
