KOKI / Cornil seeds

Koki is a variety of white bean used primarily in the preparation of the dish that bears its name.

The dish is called Koki or Cornille cake in French. It is golden yellow in color and is made from cornille seeds and palm oil.

It is traditionally eaten with plantain, banana, macabo or yam, but it is also convenient to accompany it with cassava.
