Yellow corn flour

Corn flour is a flour obtained by dry grinding of corn grains. It is a staple food in many parts of the world and can be used to make bread, as well as other specialties such as Mexican tortilla. In several African regions, it is used as an accompaniment for several sauces such as Ndolè, okra sauce, pistachio sauce (pumpkin seeds) etc.
